Biscoff Tres Leches is our love letter to cookie butter fans. We lay down a layer of Biscoff cookies so the bottom has a warm, spiced crunch, then build on top with soft sponge soaked in three milks until it's rich and custardy. A thick cloud of whipped cream and plenty of crushed Biscoff finish it off. The flavor lands somewhere between cinnamon toast and caramel, with that cozy cookie snap hiding underneath.
